Turn it on - After charged, press the power button to turn it on. Once it is turned on, the low frequency mode is selected by default. It is designed specifically to be used on the left hand for stress reduction, anxiety relief, insomnia assistance, and sleep improvement.
Positioning your Chill Pal - Our devices are designed to work effectively when positioned in the correct acupuncture point called Neiguan PC8 and on the triple warmer meridian TW3/TW2 (palm of your hand).
